1. The collar takes the lead

Who What Wear’s new Copenhagen review identifies two SS27 neckline directions, including upright Nehru collars that rise almost to the jaw. The taller option is especially useful for Nino Cappello: it establishes the silhouette’s first precise point, allowing the eye to travel cleanly across chest, waist and the long plane of the skirt. It need not feel military. Keep the shoulder natural, the cloth supple and the stand between three and five centimetres; the effect is composed rather than armoured.

2. Three collars, three climates

A linen band collar is the Mediterranean answer: narrow, breathable and softly opened for Milan or Florence. 3. The skirt replies with a plane

A defined neckline needs no competing gesture below. Keep the men’s skirt long, closed and unmistakable: charcoal knife pleats in tropical wool, a deep-navy wrap with broad overlap, an olive linen column or a slate lightweight-wool wrap. A stand collar is not armour, and a skirt is not a rebuttal; both are exact decisions in cut. Men Can means wearing them together without apology.
